Headquarters Relocation Proposal

A major media company was searching for a new HQ location. I partnered with their real estate advising team to understand the client's current property footprint, what recommendations the advisory team was putting forth, and why. I used this information to create a high-impact 3D geovisualization and companion video to tell a story that showcased their existing scenario and the team's recommendations.
